In most cases, links are included to make sense out of context. The links which require it contain a description using the “title” attribute, which clearly indicates the link target.
This site uses cascading style sheets (CSS) to present information. If the browser or browsing device does not support style sheets, the content of the web continue to be totally legible thanks to its structural marking..
All images contain a brief description via “alt”, “longdesc” or “title”.
Those images are used only as a decorative element have blank descriptive texts.
